CMS Real Estate Sites Announces Advanced IDX for KCAR MLS

Today, CMS Real Estate Sites LLC, in partnership with and as a Value Added Developer for The UltimateIDX, announces the availability of its advanced IDX templates and plugins for the KCAR MLS, serving the Kansas City Kansas and Kansas City Missouri metro area and all markets supported by the KCAR MLS. MLS.
These add-on products supplement and enhance the capabilities of the standard UltimateIDX IDX/RETS product for real estate websites running on WordPress website platforms. All of these products are KCAR compliant and approved. Included in this release are:
- CMSRES Advanced IDX/RETS Search Forms and Listing Display Templates that add many more searchable fields and listing details to the standard UIDX template sets for KCAR.
- UIDX Include WordPress Plugin adds simple and intuitive shortcodes to WordPress that allow inclusion of fully integrated IDX/RETS search results content to WordPress pages and posts. The integrated IDX/RETS content is fully search engine visible and indexable, significantly enhancing SEO of real estate websites. The content can be specific IDX/RETS search results summaries, individual featured listings details, or featured listings mini-summaries for sidebar or widget positions.
- Smart Pages WordPress Plugin allows KCAR real estate website owners to add highly structured and SEO keyword rich content for county pages, city/town pages, special property type pages, subdivision/community pages and individual featured listing pages, all with simple WordPress shortcodes. The content includes many automatically generated links to UIDX search results pages that are also search engine indexable, significantly increasing the number of indexable pages the search engines can see and index on the site.
- Create Communities WordPress Plugin automatically creates a pre-defined set of special property type subpages for each city/town smart page, and can optionally create individual subdivision subpages under for primary KCAR property types under each city/town page, all from active listings in the KCAR RETS/IDX database. The pages it creates are actual WordPress content pages, and each page has automatically generated SEO tags based on its city, property type and subdivision names. This plugin requires the Smart Pages plugin to also be present.
All CMSRES add-on products described above require that the website owner be an appropriately licensed Kansas or Missouri real estate agent or broker, and a member of the KCAR MLS. The website owner must also subscribe to the standard UltimateIDX IDX/RES product for KCAR MLS, for which we are an authorized reseller.
